Katotec started out as a small software business before 2000. It was in early 2002 that we diverted into offering reverse supply-chain services in the computer sectors. We later developed our own Warranty Management software, KatotecWS, which helps our clients to streamline processing their RMA (Return Material Authorisation).

In early 2008, we started looking into the field of robotics to plan for business diversification and eventually, extend all our business units into development of robotics-related activities. In 2010, we managed to develop our own Micro-Controller Unit, or MCU (Patent Application No: 201100007-2) for use in our own product.
