Should the device be faulty and you require assistance to repair or replace the faulty device, please click here for the steps to take to identify the problem and generate your RMA number. Instructions for an initial round of inspection and testing will be given to verify the fault of the device. Once that has been verified and the warranty is still valid, a RMA number will be made available for you to fill in and send the faulty device back to us.
